Q: Can I customize my home?

A: Yes, we have many curated finish selections to choose from. These options are located both at our onsite sales office and online on our visualization tool (coming soon!).

Q: Can I customize my home past what selections are offered? What about changes to the floor plan?

A: No, our floor plans and finish selections have been thoughtfully chosen to work seamlessly with our smart technology and with specific design trends in mind. This approach helps to keep cost down and pass those savings to you, our buyer while supplying a high quality house.

Q: Do I have to submit my house order online.

A: Yes, this is the only way to secure the lot, home plan and finish selections of your choice. We are happy to sit down at one of our sales office locations to walk you through this process. Alternatively you are free to begin this process now by contacting us.

Q: What if I want to walk through an actual home and not just the virtual walk throughs.

A: Our sales agents will be happy to meet with you onsite at the location of your choice to walk through with you our floor plans and show you all of the finish options in person. ( To schedule an appointment contact us

Q: Are the colors accurately depicted online in the visualization tool? Is this exactly how it will look.

A: Our finish selection images have been carefully selected and uploaded to our visualization tool to accurately as possible provide our buyers with a deeper understanding on how the finished will look together. Although color of images will vary from screen to screen. Each color selection will have a written description accompanying it, but if unsure please contact one of our sales agents to stop by a site location to see these finishes in person.

Q: I’m not represented by a buyer’s agent and I’ve submitted my order form online, what’s next?

A: An agent will quickly review your selections and contact you within 24 hours to review and execute a purchase agreement. An agent will also review with you your financing options and ensure you understand the remaining deposit is due, financing must be lined up and contract must be executed prior to your order going to construction.

Q: I’m getting ready to submit my order form. Can I make changes to this once I submit? What if I need help with finish selections?

A: No, once the order form is submitted changes cannot be made. We have the online visualization tool to better help you through this process. We also encourage buyers if unsure of their selections to utilize the share options through social media to get help and opinions from friends and family. We also have a design portfolio to help with ideas. You can also meet with one of our helpful sales agents at the project location to look at finishes in person.
